Ken is motivated by seeing his clients succeed and reach their goals. His background as a big firm lawyer, corporate counsel, and entrepreneur gives him insight that translates into practical advice on starting and running a business.
Most of Ken’s practice focuses on working with franchisors to establish, grow, and operate their franchise systems. As a franchise founder himself, he brings real-world ideas and solutions that go beyond pure legal advice.
Ken also provides general counsel services for entrepreneurs, startups, and businesses of all sizes, from day-to-day matters to major strategic moves. He has started businesses in retail, food production, e-commerce, and consulting. His background in both transactions and litigation helps clients see around corners before problems arise. Ken has been featured on CNBC’s The Big Idea with Donny Deutsch, The Food Network’s What’s Hot, What’s Cool and Recipe for Success, QVC, Franchise Times, and Entrepreneur magazine.
When he isn’t in lawyer mode, Ken spends time with his wife and son, exploring his neighborhood with a dog or two in tow, and catching up with friends.
